Part light, part object.
LOOONA creates atmosphere through a quiet, timeless presence. Designed to belong in different spaces without dominating them, it remains a distinctive object in its own right.
LOOONA challenges the conventional distinction between lampshade and base. Three cylinders, held together by a single thread, form one continuous body that gently diffuses light from within. The materials can be easily separated, allowing them to be repaired, reused or recycled.
Drawing on the clarity of modernist architecture and the delicate spoke structure of a bicycle wheel, LOOONA combines geometric clarity with structural lightness. The three nested cylinders recall the forms of well-known lighting designs from the 1960s, while giving the lamp a distinct architectural presence.
